The Shine Condo Slowly Opens Its Doors

Perfect Homes finally got its first vista to Chiang Mai's The Shine Condominium.  The building is boasting strong security and great after service care with its buyers.
On our first tour we met very friendly staff that were very helpful and polite.  The Shine still has some units left for sale and also they are just completing the Penthouse suites  with Prices Starting at 115,000 Baht a sq meter.
